Go With What Ya Got

If Aaron Rogers is your quarterback, you don’t become a running offense. If you aren’t into sports this means, tailor your organization to your personnel. If you are an organization with good web people, spend time building for the web not print design. If you are church with only a banjo and fiddle player in the band, don’t try to be a rock band with electric guitars.

This doesn’t mean you can’t change. You should always be evolving and moving in the direction that best supports your mission. However, don’t try to be somebody else. Be you and go with what ya got.
